The car is great, the salesman was sweet, if a bit young, but IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS TO GET MY PLATES. Texas law states they must get your plates to you within 45 days. Yes, I put a complaint in with the county, but honestly I suspect that they didn't even have the title cleared into their name before they sold me the car. Just, buyer be ware.

Dropped my car off at 09:40 this morning for a windshield replacement. It is now 3:40 and have not heard anything all day from Jeanette who is in charge with this. I’ve called 5x and left a message with her and she has not returned my call or message. This is unacceptable. I just would like to know when I can expect my vehicle back and a little communication would be great. If it was not for the windshield warranty sending me to this place I would never come here. UPDATED REVIEW: After finally speaking with Jeanette she was very helpful and also provided information with another situation that they found with my vehicle. Although I do have to take my vehicle back, Jeanette has kept in contact with me about the part that needed to be ordered. I am updating my review due to the service that has been given by Jeanette since my original review.

Got in contact with Hunter Martinez when I asked about a 2017 F250 Blue King Ranch. Got a call back from Mr. Hunter the following day. He called me bright and early and we came to an agreement that I will be viewing the truck later that day. He trusted me right away as a customer and he said he will fix some of the imperfections I've notice with no hesitation. The following day he let me know how I will need to pay with a cashiers check for a faster process which it was. He also let me know someone else was trying to view and buy the truck if I can go sign paper work as soon as possible so I can get it secured as there was someone else trying to buy it under my nose. Over all great experience from start to finish he is also taking care of the details we discussed before the deal was closed.

Car came to us cleaned and running good. Check engine light came on, on our way home but they found the issue and are getting it repaired. (Waiting on parts)... Had to come back for the tank on gas, as they only have 2 gas cards to fill cars up. At the time of purchase these cards where MIA. Also found us a better vehicle than what we came in looking at, and for a better price!

My salesperson was great. The sales manager was not. When I was first looking at the car, the sales person and manager pointed out the "flaws" in the appearance of the car. Not once did they attribute any of these to it being a "Used Car". A couple of days after I Paid for the car, I opened up the hatchback and looked down to see black nicks and scratches all over the red bumper. I phoned the salesman about these and messaged pictures to him. He spoke to the MANAGER and his reply to be to conveyed to me was "it's a USED CAR". Well, they did not attribute any other cosmetic flaws to it being a USED CAR. In fact, the expression "Used Car" was never used. I am deeply disappointed that they did not point out to me the nicks and scratches on the bumper when pointing out the others ( which evidently were easier for them to clean up or make "go away".). I am Deeply disappointed in the management for not showing/disclosing All cosmetic flaws. If the bumper flaws were "wrong" with the car what else did they not point out to me. Trustworthiness and Honesty are Most important to me in All matters in life, Including purchasing a vehicle.

I’ve gone through so much buying vehicles from dealerships before. The sales people here were very upfront about the total price and didn’t try to add on a bunch of other stuff. That has been done to me in the past at other places. When I spoke with Harvey, he explained the one pricing and it just makes more sense to price cars that way. Unfortunately we've had a pretty bad experience so far. We went in to get the vehicle we had our minds set on but after test driving it for a day or so, it was Jerking/shaking on the road pretty badly and the check engine light came on so we took it back to Autonation who claimed they fixed the problem for us. After test driving it for another day it was driving so much better, so we ignorantly signed the papers for the vehicle..after they claimed the belt that was slipping was fixed. Fast forward a couple of payments later the car started shaking and jerking once again on the road and the check engine light came on. We have a family of 5 including our children and at this point it wasn't safe to continue to drive. So we thought because we have the platinum warranty that they claimed was the best coverage and that covered "everything" on the vehicle let just take it back. We took it in and explained we had only made a few payments and the car is doing the exact same thing it was doing before we signed for the vehicle and that they had claimed they had fixed it. Autonation proceeded to tell us that if it was the same problem they would fix it for us but if it was a different issue then we would have to pay roughly $200 just to get the vehicle back. We let them take the vehicle and never heard back so after over a week we called Ford who was fixing the vehicle and they told us that not only was it not the same issue ( which we're sure it was ) but that is was the catalytic converter which would cost $2000+ to fix and it was one of the things that was not covered in the platinum warranty that covered "everything ". So basically they sold us a lemon. I would not wish this on any family so please be careful when purchasing a vehicle that already has issues while your test driving it.

Nick and the facilities have been absolutely amazing. I have texted with Nick a lot and he is always beyond nice and helpful. Any concerns I had have been addressed and more than taken care of. I will be shopping at AutoNation anytime I am in the market and I will be suggesting it to everyone due to the phenomenal customer service provided from Nick and the whole lot.

Great experience with Everyone at AutoNation USA Corpus Christi. I was greeted with kind words and had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive. Gave me a fair offer on my old vehicle, which is why we were able to make a deal on the vehicle I bought from them. The only issue I had was the time spent at the dealership. I feel I should of not had to spend 4 and half hours waiting to close and sign paper work when I brought all the copys of paper work required of me as per their check list. Other then the wait time to drive off the lot with my new vehicle, it was a very good experience and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for a good experience with your company.

They offered me thousands more than other dealerships. It shows they are not there just to make money, they treat their customers fairly and do not try to low ball you. I talk to a customer in the waiting room. She had a similar experience. They have her thousands more for her trade in.

To get the work done that was a part of the deal when we purchased the vehicle has taken 2 months and counting, writhing on one part yet. The battery that we were told was brand new and just out in was junk and when we called they wanted to charge us $100 to diagnose it. Well the battery store did that for free and sure enough the battery had a dead cell. Took the junk new battery back to Autonation and they said they couldn?t do anything for us because we didn?t bring it to them to diagnose. Who would for $100, and so far I?ve been smarter than their techs every time ( I did spend much of my life working with cars). But this doesn?t make them look too good, nor do I have much faith in what they are capable of. They replaced a broken seatbelt and left it with no trim cover. They weren?t sure they could program a key for me ( I did it my self at home). Another one of my remotes wasn?t working and they played with it and said they changed the battery, I had the same problems. I went and bought a battery and put it in and the thing works great. We love the vehicle, the GM seemed nice, the service advisor is friendly, but pretty much everything else is lacking.

Service person was rude and didn't tell me what I needed to know when I needed to know. He acted like he had something against me and he was not helpful or personable.

I?ve gone to Autonation for my last 2 vehicles and they have gone far beyond any other dealer. Both times we got denied at other dealerships and turned to them. Each time we left with NEWER vehicles and BELOW the payments we told them we wanted to pay. That?s right, I DID SAY BELOW what we told them we could a month. I will never buy another car anywhere else.

Went in for an oil change and was out in an hour, complete with a good car wash and vacuum and multi-point inspection.

To come to find out there was ONLY one on the lot which just arrived. Joey was wonderful and when the car window tinting was not what he thought it should be got us a loaner car and called to let us know when our car was ready.
